The CYCLE CIRCLE #2 release will own a part of your heart and is the perfect playlist for a HEARTBEAT theme ride! After the warmup, we slowly get into the first load of work to get the heart rate up. Just like CYCLE CIRCLE #1, this release is suitable as a complete class or complimentary to your own Mix & Match music. Warmup, Breaks and Cool Down are at a cadence of 100 RPM, so you can ride the songs as active recovery in intervals or alternatively as steady state endurance training. Here's a class structure I'd suggest:
